All signs are 100% custom and handmade. Returns and exchanges are not accepted. If you have changes that need to be made, please contact Kia as soon as possible. If the cut process has already happened, then the design cannot be changed. Colors can be changed up until the sign is painted.
Add ons, such as an acrylic overlay, can be made if the sign did not have one already but fees will apply for materials needed.

It showcases a hand drawn image of you and your spouse, that is engraved and painted black or white. Add a white or black chiffon ribbon to tie it on the tree.
