All signs are 100% custom and handmade. Returns and exchanges are not accepted. If you have changes that need to be made, please contact Kia as soon as possible. If the cut process has already happened, then the design cannot be changed. Colors can be changed up until the sign is painted.
Add ons, such as an acrylic overlay, can be made if the sign did not have one already but fees will apply for materials needed.
GENERAL INFORMATION
- Each item is handmade and completely customizable.
- All purchases will receive a proof sent to their email to select font and approve of final designs.
- All boards are completely custom and made to order. I do not accept returns.
- Both sides of the rounds are sanded and stained for a fully finished product.
- Currently I strive for a 2-3 week turn around.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
- Wood rounds that are 1/2" or 1/4" thick are Baltic Birch plywood. Letters and other accents are 1/8" Baltic Birch
- Rounds are stained with premium wood stain, painted, and sealed with an outdoor matte sealant.
-All letters are cut with a laser, sanded, and painted.
-Each letter is glued to the wood round securely.
-Your finished sign will have a jute string in the back to hand on your door.

-Please make sure to write each name with the capitalization exactly as you want it displayed.
For example: HELLO Pumpkin, hello pumpkin, HELLO pumpkin
